It’s been refined over 20 years of practice—drawing from meditative movement, the Sufi tradition and embodied dance.

Hi, I’m Mia
For over two decades, I’ve guided thousands of people through movement experiences that reconnect them with their bodies, power and purpose.
My journey bridges two worlds: as a professional dancer, I performed on stages across three continents. As a senior marketing executive, I worked for years in high pressure performance-driven environments.
This blend of paths shapes the work I do today—supporting those who are ready to step out of old identities and return to themselves.
I’ve taught in retreat centres, studios and sacred spaces from the Sahara to Soho, sharing a method that blends Sufi-inspired movement, somatic exploration, and nervous system rebalancing.
Now I’m bringing this work online—so more people can move toward the truth and freedom of this deep embodiment work.
You will be guided through 3-shifts:
1. THE THRESHOLD: Listening Within
How are you, really, beneath all the roles and routines?
Before stepping forward, we pause. We learn to listen — to the subtle signals of the body, the truth beneath the performance. This is about grounding, sensing, and becoming present to what’s true now without overriding it.
2. THE BRIDGE: Reclaim what was always yours
What happens when you let go of who you think you should be?
This phase invites you to make a transition. Old patterns fall away. You move not to prove yourself, but to experience who you are. You begin to trust your own rhythm again.
Reclaim clarity, instinct, and your inner voice.
3. NEW LANDS: The Path of Embodied Truth
Who are you when you start your actions from listening within?
Here we integrate our authentic identity. You lead your life from a rooted, clear, whole inner sense of self. This is not a reinvention, but a return to you.
New possibilites emerge as we enter new lands and travel on paths we have not yet trodden.
